I have insurance for all my swim coaching sessions.

All sessions will be paid for in advance.

All sessions will be about 45 minutes long. Note when the water temperature gets colder sessions will be shorter for your safety.

All swimmers must complete a pre-swim questionnaire to the best of their knowledge before taking part in my sessions.

Swimmers shall let me know if the information they provided in the questionnaire changes.

Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times, who is responsible for helping the swimmer to warm up after the swim.

Swimmers should be aware that swimming in open water brings with it the risk of contracting some water-borne diseases and they should contact their GP if they feel unwell in the days following a coaching session.

Swimmers shall not swim in open water with any open wounds.

Swimmers shall shower as soon as possible after swimming in open water.

Pool Sessions

All group pool sessions are non-refundable. I have to pay for the pool hire and filling ad hoc slots in my sessions with swimmers at the last minute is rarely possible.

121 pool sessions cancellations require a minimum of 48 hours notice.

Open Water Sessions

All sessions shall be paid for in advance.

If you need to cancel or postpone a session please give at least 72 hours notice. If you cancel after that you will be charged the full amount for that session.

If I have to postpone a session due to poor weather conditions or for personal reasons I'll aim to give you at least 48 hours' notice.
